1894: Rangers draw 2-2 with St Mirren in a League match at Westmarch Estate. A goal from David Boyd and a Crawford OG earned the Light Blues a draw.

1900: Rangers thump Maybole 12-0 in the Scottish Cup 2^nd Round with goals scored by RC Hamilton (4), James Wilkie (3), Alec Smith, Jacky Robertson, Tommy Hyslop, Bobby Neil and Neilly Gibson. The Gers would play Partick Thistle in the Quarter-Final.

1906: Rangers defeat Arthurlie 7-1 in the 1^st Round of the Scottish Cup. An Alex Spiers hat-trick, 2 goals from Robert Dalrymple and 1 each from John May and RS McColl set-up a 2^nd Round tie with Aberdeen.

1912: 2^nd half goals from Dr James Paterson (2) and Willie Reid sees Rangers come from behind to beat Stenhousemuir 3-1 in the Scottish Cup 1^st Round at Ibrox.

1917: James Blair and Peter Pursell get the goals as Rangers beat Hamilton 2-0 at Ibrox.

1920: Tommy Cairns scores the only goal to grab a 1-0 win for Rangers against Dumbarton in a Scottish Cup 1^st Round Replay.

1934: Jimmy Fleming nets 5 times (including a hat-trick in the first 15 minutes) as Rangers cruise to a 6-0 victory away at Dundee. Jimmy Smith was also on target for the Gers.

1945: Rangers beat Albion Rovers 4-0 at Cliftonhill thanks to a Murdoch McCormack double and goals from Jimmy Duncanson and Jimmy Smith.

1951: Goals from Billy Simpson and Willie Waddell hands Rangers a 2-0 home win over Queen of the South in the Scottish Cup 1^st Round. Hibs would provide the 2^nd Round opposition.

1962: 4 goals from Jimmy Millar and 2 from Ralph Brand seals a 6-0 2^nd Round win for Rangers over Arbroath at Ibrox in the Scottish Cup. The Ibrox men would play Aberdeen in the 3^rd Round.

1968: A John Greig brace and a goal from Willie Johnston secures a 3-1 victory for Rangers against Hamilton in the Scottish Cup 1^st Round. The Light Blues were drawn to face Dundee in the 2^nd Round.

1973: A goal each from Alex MacDonald and Quinton Young gives Rangers a 2-1 win over Morton at Cappielow.

1990: Gary Stevens nets the winner as Rangers defeat Dunfermline 1-0 at East End Park.

1996: Alec Cleland and Ian Ferguson both score hat-tricks as Rangers ease to a 10-1 win over Keith in the Scottish Cup 3^rd Round at Pittodrie. Gordon Durie, Davie Robertson, Charlie Miller and Alexei Mikhailichenko were also on the scoresheet. The Gers progressed to meet Clyde in the 4^th Round.

1999: Rangers beat Dundee 4-0 thanks to goals from Charlie Miller (2), Stephane Guivarc’h and Jonathon Johansson.

2001: Allan Johnston and Kenny Miller score as Rangers beat Brechin 2-0 in the Scottish Cup 3^rd Round. The Light Blues moved on to play Ross County in the 4^th Round.

2007: Rangers are held to a 0-0 draw by Hearts at Ibrox.

2009: Rangers secure their place in the League Cup Final with a 3-0 Semi-Final defeat of Falkirk. A Nacho Novo double and a goal from Kris Boyd booked a clash with Celtic.

2010: Steve Davis and Nacho Novo are on target in Rangers’ 2-0 win at St Mirren.
